NEMF Welcomes Plainfield Account Executive Bill Citerone

New England Motor Freight (NEMF) is pleased to announce that Bill Citerone has joined NEMF as Account Executive at the South Plainfield Terminal, 310 Hollywood Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ.

Bill most recently worked for R + L Carriers where he worked for 14 years. He has over 39 years in the transportation industry in both operations and sales working for companies such as Shulman Air Freight, Preston Trucking Company and Watkins Motor Lines.

Bill resides in Haddonfield, NJ with his wife of 36 years, Heidy. They have a daughter, Samantha and son, Mark. In his spare time, Bill is also a weekend musician. He and his band members volunteer their services for everything from Cancer drives to hospital benefits. He was also fully involved in Boy Scouts with his son for 6 years.

Bill also volunteered trucking services for the Special Olympics in 2014. He donated his time to move a modular boardwalk to the location in Trenton, help set it up and then returned it. He received a letter of recognition from the Special Olympics. He had also volunteered his services for 6 days in NY and CT delivering generators after Sandy.

NEMF Promotes Luke Heck to Consolidation Manager

Luke Heck has been promoted to Consolidation Manager at NEMF (New England Motor Freight).

Luke joined NEMF in 2004 as a dock worker in 2007 he was appointed the on-site coordinator at the Borders Book warehouse and he excelled in that role, he then became an operations supervisor in Harrisburg in 2011 and has been charged with supervising the consolidation for the past three years.

Luke is engaged to Tiana and he resides in Mechancisburg with his German shepherd and four cats. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors especially camping and fishing.

NEMF Welcomes Howard Coho as Terminal Manager in Baltimore

New England Motor Freight (NEMF) is pleased to announce that Howard Coho has joined NEMF as Terminal Manager at the Baltimore Terminal, 3 Center Drive, Northeast, MD. He will have overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the 148-door facility.

Howard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. He’s worked close to 30 years in the industry running terminals in Delaware, Ohio, New Jersey and Maryland; he has worked for R&L Carriers, Ruan Transportation and most recently Old Dominion.

Howard has been married 25 years to his wife Karen. They have three daughters: Katelyn and twins Hunter and Heather.

Howard enjoys all sports and outdoor activities, especially fishing. While serving in the Air Force in Europe he played football and semi-pro baseball.

NEMF Opens Indianapolis Terminal

New England Motor Freight (NEMF), the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced the opening of a new service center in Indianapolis, IN effective July 27th. The Indianapolis terminal is located at 1702 South Belmont Street in Indianapolis. The facility, located on 6 acres has 44 dock doors and will be run by Terminal Manager, Jarrod Collins.

New England Motor Freight (NEMF) is proud to announce that they have been chosen as the Ozburn-Hessey Logistics / OHL 2015 Northeast Regional Carrier of the Year. Each year OHL honors a top trucking service provider for exemplary work in dedicated trucking, expediting freight and logistics and planning services. There were many criteria considered in the award selection, but in particular NEMF was noted for superior: On time service deliveries, Customer service knowledge and client assistance levels, Easy to use software and communication channels and Percentage of loads tendered (offered) accepted.
