Schedule Pickup Ocean / Air (user id & password required) is an advanced service, which expedites the scheduling of a pickup for air and ocean import and export. It applies to freight arriving and departing from U.S. shipping ports and airports in the NEMF service area. This powerful tool allows requesters to save pickup information for future reference and to expedite the creation of a future pickup. Additionally a bill of lading may be generated while scheduling the pickup on-line! The requester will receive a confirmation screen containing a pickup reference number, which can be used by NEMF service personnel to look up the pick up. Only customers with NEMF account numbers and associated user ID and password can use this option. User ID and password can be requested online from the NEMF web site if necessary.

Schedule Custom Pickup (user id & password required)  is NEMF's service for customers who need to customize bill of lading information while scheduling a pickup; thereby providing shipping and billing efficiency. This powerful tool allows requesters to save pickup information for future reference and to expedite the creation of a future pickup. Additionally a bill of lading may be generated while scheduling the pickup on-line! The requester will receive a confirmation screen containing a pickup reference number, which can be used by NEMF service personnel to look up the pick up. Only customers with NEMF account numbers and associated user ID and password can use this option. User ID and password can be requested online from the NEMF web site if necessary.

Create BOL / User ID and Password Required is the capability to create a bill of lading, save the BOL information for future reference and selection, and to print the BOL. Only customers with NEMF account numbers and associated user ID and password can use this option. User ID and password can be requested online from the NEMF web site if necessary. A pickup can be scheduled directly from the BOL. (documentation) 

Create BOL / User ID and Password Not Required is the capability to create a bill of lading and print the BOL; however, no information can be saved for future reference and selection. A pickup can be scheduled directly from the BOL.  (documentation) 

Create Miscellaneous BOL / User ID and Password Not Required can be used by anyone to create and print a BOL. This fast BOL solution is the original create Your-BOL supplied by NEMF for its customers, and it has been maintained for those customers who prefer using it. It is included here for the clarity of grouping all the NEMF bill of lading solutions together. This solution does not provide functionality to schedule a pickup directly from the BOL, nor does it automatically save BOL information for future reference and use. Adobe's Acrobat (PDF) Reader, which is available free from Adobe's web site, is required to use this option. Schedule Miscellaneous Pickup / User ID and Password Not Required has the same capability to schedule pickups on line as Schedule Customer Pickup, however, no information can be saved for future reference and selection. User ID and password are not required to schedule miscellaneous pickups. (documentation) 

Cost Estimator for Custom Pricing / User ID and Password Required is only customers with NEMF account numbers and associated user ID and password can use this option. Pricing will be based on the customer's active contract pricing applicable to the requested origin, destination, shipment date, terms, and shipping details including class, weight and accessorial services. Certain requirements cannot be quoted over the web. If an unquotable requirement is requested, the requester will be presented with the proper telephone contact. If all requirements are valid and quotable, the requester is presented with an estimated quote immediately. The requestor may navigate directly to "Create Bill of Lading" or "Schedule Pickup." Cost Estimator for Standard Pricing / User ID and Password Not Required can be used by anyone, and this solution works the same as the Cost Estimator for Custom Pricing / User ID and Password required with the following exception. If all requirements are valid and quotable, the requester is presented with an estimated quote based on standard pricing immediately. The requestor may navigate directly to "Create Bill of Lading" or "Schedule Pickup." Application Highlights:  

On Line Tracing provides the capability to have groups of selected document images emailed to a recipient. See the On Line Tracing "HELP" page found within the On Line Tracing application for additional information.

POD/BOL Your Way Imaging NEMF provides the capability for our customers to access POD & BOL images directly via a URL.  The URL can be used in a customer's computer environment to retrieve images real time in the TIF format. One pro and one document may be requested per string. To retrieve an image document, use the following URL format: http://NEMFWEB.NEMF.COM/webapps.nsf/showimage?openagent&DOCTYP########  (NOTE:  Copy the URL into your web browser's address bar or program object for integration with an internal application and replace #'s with an actual pro # (must be 8 digits), and DOC= (BOL or DEL) and TYP= TIF.) 

Information on Demand permits customers to create and schedule their own shipping reports and/or shipping information data files, which are delivered to the recipient's email address supplied by the requestor. This exciting new service allows customers to continuously receive shipping information the way they want to see it on demand, daily, weekly or monthly. User ID and Password are required.
