NEMF (New England Motor Freight) was been named National Transportation Provider of the Year by Borders Group, operators of Borders and Waldenbooks stores, at the company's annual carrier conference.

In earning the award, NEMF broke an all-time Borders record for on-time service, attaining a 99.8 percent mark.
The Borders Transportation Group's annual 'report card" on NEMF said,"NEMF has set a standard that will never be duplicated. Remarkable attention to providing superior service. Borders Group is astonished by the effort of the NEMF Operations Group."

Vice President of Operations Rich Cabral accepted the award on behalf of NEMF.
