Mike
Kelsey Joins NEMF as Binghamton Terminal Manager

Mike Kelsey of Binghamton, NY, has joined New England
Motor Freight (NEMF) as the manager of its Binghamton
Terminal, 91 Sulpher Springs Road, Owego, NY. He will
have overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of
the 20-door facility.
Kelsey
has worked in the trucking industry for the better part
of four decades. He has held positions in sales and
terminal management with companies that include
Consolidated Freightways, Red Star and Central
Transport.
Over the years, he has earned awards for service,
selling airfreight and being part of a perfect audit.
While working as a terminal manager for Consolidated,
Kelsey and his facility were recognized by the Boy
Scouts of America for expediting the distribution of
Christmas fundraising material for the organization.
Kelsey
has attended a number of schools for terminal
management, sales and negotiations. He also is a former
Northeast Safety Committee member for Consolidated. In
his spare time, he has coached youth baseball at many
different age levels.
Kelsey
and his wife have twin daughters who live in Charlotte,
NC.
Based
in Elizabeth, NJ, family-owned less-than-truckload (LTL)
