NEMF PROMOTES NALLEN

Brian Nallen of Dumont (NJ) has been named director of operations at NEMF
(New England Motor Freight). Stationed at the company's corporate headquarters
in Elizabeth (NJ), he is responsible for day-to day operations of NEMF's 30
terminals. He had been director of line haul.
Nallen has been with NEMF since 2002. Prior to that, he was director of line
haul for A-P-A Transport Corp. He held many other positions in a 21-year career
there, including line haul dispatcher, dock supervisor, city dispatcher and
break bulk manager.
He was featured in the section on dock operations of a 1993 book by David
Rounds, Perfecting a Piece of the World, about A-P-A owner Arthur Imperatore.
Nallen attended Bergen Community College.
He was a volunteer fireman in Fairview (NJ) for 13 years, attaining the rank
of Captain. He also coaches junior football in Dumont.
Nallen and his wife, Michele, have two sons, Zachary and Lucas.
