SHEVELL ADDRESSEES
NATIONAL SHIPPERS' MEETING

Shevell, chairman of the Shevell Group of transportation
companies, recently addressed the National Shippers
Strategic Transportation Council (NASSTRAC) annual
conference in Orlando, FL. Shevell spoke about providing
outstanding service based on the criteria of customer
service, operational excellence, pricing, business
relationship and leadership/technology.
NASSTRAC named the
Shevell Group's less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier, NEMF,
its 2007 Carrier of the Year in the Northeast region.
The award is determined by a survey of shippers who use
various companies' services. Shevell and company CEO and
president Michael S. Bare accepted the award on behalf
of NEMF.
Based in Elizabeth, NJ,
family-owned LTL carrier NEMF (www.nemf.com) serves its
customers from terminals throughout the Northeast and
Midwest, as well as Florida, Puerto Rico and Canada. It
is the largest LTL carrier in the Northeast region. NEMF
