MEYER NAMED TO MANAGE NEMF's OWEGO TERMINAL

Mark Meyer of Sayre, PA,
has joined New England Motor Freight (NEMF) as terminal
manager of the less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier's
Owego, NY, facility, located at 91 Sulphur Springs Road.
With a total of more than
22 years in the trucking industry, Meyer spent 17 years
at USF Red Star in a variety of operations positions of
increasing responsibility. His last post there was
terminal manager in Kirkwood, NY.
Meyer holds an
associate's degree from Alfred Tech in Alfred, NY, and
attended Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.
Meyer served for several
years as a boys' youth basketball coach and currently
helps coach a girls' under-19- travel soccer team in
Sayre and serves as scorekeeper for varsity and j.v.
girls' basketball at Sayre High School.
Meyer and his wife,
Cheryl, have two daughters: Allison and Jessica.
