NEMF ANNOUNCES FERNANDES DIRECTOR OF LINEHAUL

Arthur Fernandes of Easton (PA) has been named director of linehaul at NEMF (New England Motor Freight). Stationed at the company's corporate headquarters in Elizabeth (NJ), he is responsible for all inter-terminal movement of freight and equipment.

Fernandes has been with NEMF since 1987. His previous positions were driver's helper, billing clerk, W & I (Weight and Inspections), linehaul clerk, linehaul dispatcher, linehaul supervisor and most recently linehaul manager. All positions were based out of NEMF's corporate office in Elizabeth, NJ.

Fernandes graduated from Essex Catholic Boys High School and attended Kean College..

In the past, Fernandes has received NEMF's "Whatever it Takes" Award.

Fernandes and his wife, Paula, have two sons, Jonathan and Christian.
