NEMF Opens Terminal in Toledo, OH

New England Motor Freight (NEMF) is pleased to announce the new location and expansion of their Toledo, OH terminal. The facility is located at 4021 Creekside Drive, Toledo, OH. The 20 door terminal will expand the capabilities of the company's Midwest region.

"Our business in the Ohio marketplace, particularly in the Toledo area has seen significant growth over the past two years. We recognized the need to expand and we acted to better service our customers in an area that is growing and is a critical part of our network," stated Thomas Connery, Chief Operating Officer for NEMF.

The new Toledo property features 20 dock doors with a shop and 1200 sq ft office space. The facility will operate M-F 6a.m. to 8p.m. and local management is handled by Tom Myers with Dan Joliat and Joe Lobello in sales. The terminal opened on August 2, 2010.

Based in Elizabeth, NJ, family-owned less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier NEMF (www.nemf.com) serves its customers from terminals throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest, as well as Puerto Rico and Canada. It is the largest LTL carrier in the Northeast region.
