NEMF promotes Piscal to VP Operations (June 2010)

Gary Piscal has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at NEMF (New England Motor Freight). He will be stationed at the company's corporate office located at 1-71 North Avenue East, Elizabeth,NJ. Piscal most recently served as NEMF's Regional Operations Manager for the Metro Region and he brings a wealth of experience to his new assignment. Prior to joining NEMF, Gary served as Vice President of Carrier Industries, also a Shevell Group company.

Prior to joining the Shevell Group, Gary was Executive Vice President of Operations at LTL carrier Guaranteed Overnight Delivery, Inc. He also spent eleven years with New Penn and three years with Red Star Express in a variety of roles including Terminal Manager and Field Systems Manager.

Piscal studied Business Administration at Thomas Edison College and Montclair State College in New Jersey. He and his wife Christine reside in Wayne, NJ with their daughter Lisa and son Joseph.
