Wayne Schwanke Joins NEMF as Baltimore Terminal Manager (May 2010)

Wayne Schwanke has joined New England Motor Freight (NEMF) as the manager of its Baltimore Terminal, 3 Center Drive, Northeast, MD. He will have overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the 148-door facility.

Wayne brings over 20 years of LTL industry experience to his new position with NEMF. Previous roles include front-line supervision, field sales, and various terminal manager positions with Central Transport, Preston Trucking, and most recently with YRC in and around the Baltimore market. Wayne also spent time travelling within the YRC organization working as a trouble shooter in the greater Chicago area.

Wayne and his wife Kitsa reside in Forest Hills, MD. They have three children Tharen, Andrew, and Ryan. Wayne and his family enjoy traveling, fishing, and are avid sports fans. Most importantly, Wayne enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Based in Elizabeth, NJ, family-owned less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier NEMF serves its customers from terminals throughout the Northeast and Midwest, as well as Puerto Rico and Canada. It is the largest LTL carrier in the Northeast region.
