Terminal Network
With 40 terminals and ten thousand trucks, NEMF offers consistent, scheduled service. In order to meet our stringent service standards, our LTL shipments move on line haul schedules, i.e., units that are dispatched at preset times nightly with pre-assigned drivers.
NEMF's 40 terminal network is strategically located to meet all of your requirements in an efficient and cost effective manner. Our terminal network is specifically designed to avoid excess dock handling and to provide distribution and consolidation capabilities at every NEMF terminal facility. 80% of all NEMF freight is handled directly by NEMF.
Total Quality Process
NEMF is committed to QUALITY. In order to constantly improve our service and responsiveness to your needs, we implemented a comprehensive training program, which we call the NEMF Total Quality Process (TQP). We have formed a certification and re-certification process on an annual basis and work very hard to improve the skills of our people and the QUALITY they produce. From your pickup call to on-time delivery of your freight, people committed to QUALITY will handle your shipment.
Accurate Rating & Billing
NEMF may be certain of accurate rates. We also have the ability to provide "rate ponies," "speed sheets," and "rating diskettes." Our online cost estimator can provide immediate answers to your rate quote needs.
