SALESPERSON
February 7, 2006
Anthony Manobianco, of the NEMF Syracuse, NY,
area terminal (located at 7201 Schuyler Road, East Syracuse), has been named the
company's Most Improved Account Executive of the Year for 2005. The award is
presented annually to the account executive who achieves the greatest sales
growth over the previous year.
Manobianco received his award at NEMF's annual
dinner. "I didn't think I'd be getting an award after only 14 months in
sales. Having NEMF's great products to sell made it possible for me to be
successful," Manobianco said on learning he had received the honor.
Manobianco is a veteran of 20 years in the
trucking industry and has been with NEMF for the past 13 years. He started as a
driver in 1992 and was promoted to operations in 2002. He joined the sales force
of the Syracuse terminal in late 2004. He serves customers in East Syracuse,
Liverpool, Utica and the surrounding areas.
During his career at NEMF, Manobianco has been
named Driver of the Year for the Syracuse Terminal and also received several
company safety awards.
Manobianco served on the volunteer fire
department in East Syracuse for five years. He has a son, Nicholas.
Manobianco is also an amateur wine maker. In 2002, one of his wines was awarded
